Overview
Once reports have been processed, schools may print out hard copies of these. This article explains how the reports may be printed in bulk if you want to print many individual PDFs at once. Please note that this is not always the quickest way to print multiple student reports in one go - many schools will find it more helpful to process reports in a "merged" PDF file (resulting in one PDF file which contains many student reports), rather than printing hundreds of individual PDF or Word files. The following method is more suitable if you have specific paper used for a cover page, or if you need other special printing preferences applied to each individual report (eg: Booklet printing or stapling).
Pre-requisites
Prior to printing the reports the following steps must have been taken
- Build AusVELS summary results
- Import an absence xml file (optional)
