Accelerus Light Administrators
Accelerus Light schools with a valid licence may use Accelerus Light in accordance with the conditions set out in the Accelerus Licence Conditions document, as updated from time to time. These conditions stipulate that schools will receive free upgrades to the Accelerus program and its documentation, as well as telephone and email support. The conditions under which such support may be provided without additional cost to the school are set out in the document. Assistance with Accelerus that falls outside of these conditions may be charged at Semaphore's standard rates.
The Accelerus Help Desk is available, excluding national public holidays and the Christmas close-down period, to the nominated Accelerus administrators:
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm EST

Please note that some of the Support sections on the Accelerus website apply only to users of Accelerus and not Accelerus Light. Please ensure you select Accelerus Light pages if your school uses Accelerus Light. Otherwise, you may be viewing inapplicable information.
