What to do when a student leaves mid semester and doesn't need a report

  1. Withdraw the student from classes
    • Go to Management > Manage Data > Students.
    • Click the row of the the student who has left.
    • Click the Enrolments icon.
    • Highlight all of the the classes of the student.
    • Click the Withdraw icon.
  2. Enter the student's end date
    • Go to Management > Manage Data > Students.
    • Double-click the row of the student, or click their row and then click the Edit icon.
    • Add in the date the student left in the End date field.
    • Save the student's record.
