What do I do when a student code has changed?

Please ensure that the student’s code and details have been updated in your Administration program (eg: Cases21) before proceeding with these steps. Additionally, if you are needing to import an XML file after changing the student's details, please ensure you have exported a copy of the file AFTER changing the student’s code in the administration program.

Before you import the student XML file, follow these steps:

  1. Open the student
    • Go to Management > Manage Data
    • Click the Student menu
    • Find the student
    • Highlight the student
    • Click on the Edit button or double click the student
  2. Change the student code
    • In the Code cell remove the wrong student code
    • Type in the correct code
  3. Save the student
    • Click the save icon.
