Customised Training

Schools with current support agreements are entitiled to telephone and email support as a part of that service, however online training sessions for new administrators can also be booked at a cost. Any training sessions held onsite/at the school, will incur additional costs.

Training is customised to a school's needs and may even include working to update the school's live database. 

Examples of training sessions:

• Setting up a new year or semester, especially where the school has very specific requirements or new reporting coordinators.
• Analysing your data, including setting up analyses.
• Design and creation of your report templates.
• Optimising your use of Accelerus, including making full use of its assessment capacities.
