How do I clear the cache?

Google Chrome

  • In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the Chrome menu (icon with 3 dots ie. elipses)

  • Select More tools > Clear browsing data.
  • In the dialog box that appears, select the options shown below and optionally also select any other options for the types of information that you want to remove.

  • Click Clear browsing data.

Microsoft Edge

  • In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the Microsoft menu (icon with 3 dots ie. elipses)

  • Select Settings > Privacy and security > Choose what to clear.

  • In the dialog box that appears, select the options shown below and optionally also select any other options for the types of information that you want to remove.

  • Click Clear .

Safari

  • Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.

  • In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data....

  • Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears.
