No prior scores are appearing at all
Please check the following:
If you are not seeing prior scores for any curriculum areas after importing a new XML file from CASES21, please check the following:
- The file you extracted from CASES21 actually contains prior scores. If it doesn't, the data from last year may need to be aggregated.
- You have allowed teachers to see prior scores. (This permission is granted by the Accelerus Light Administrator in the Quick Setup > Parameters > Show prior scores for all report types = Y)
- If all the above have been checked and you're still experiencing issues, please phone the Accelerus helpdesk.
